John Reynolds officially joined The DAISY Foundation as its Shipping Manager in 2009. Prior to that it was his South African roots which provided DAISY with the amazing Healer’s Touch Sculptures from Zimbabwe since 2007. John has seen DAISY grow from its grass roots efforts in support of nurses.
As a teenager John was extensively involved in humanitarian projects, volunteering in struggling communities in Southern Africa. He immigrated to the United States in 1989 & started importing African Art & Sculpture in 1990 with a desire to support artists & families in struggling African communities.
John lives in Healdsburg, California with his best friend Tammy and has two grown sons, David and Reid. He celebrated the birth of his first granddaughter, Anika, last year. He enjoys running, hiking, and traveling, however, his two pups, Teddy and Waffles, tend to keep him close to home.
