Tyler entered my room on the first morning of my stay. He was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what was going on with my leg and what kind of treatment was taking place to facilitate my healing. Tyler made it a point to stop by throughout his shift to keep my wife and me fully aware of where we were in the treatment process. I have never experienced a bad stay at BSW Irving, and this time, Tyler took it over the top. His friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism made the entire stay tolerable. His knowledge and intelligence were stellar enough that when I would tell my wife what the doctor would say, she would say "What does Tyler say?" Tyler is such a professional and so personable that he and I became friends. He shared stories about his family, and I shared some about mine. He is truly an asset to the medical field and nursing is definitely his calling. My wife and I fully believe that Tyler is a DAISY Nurse. If two awards could be welded together that would not be enough to award him for the care that he promotes. Tyler is one of the most exceptional individuals in the medical field I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with.
