Traci has truly made a difference in my [family's] life. My stepmother has been at Windermere for two weeks and has repeatedly told me about the exceptional care Traci provides to her. I had the pleasure of witnessing the compassionate care in person during a recent visit. It was the many small things that are the most meaningful. She makes times to communicate what is happening, we are so grateful for her. When it is your loved one in this situation, you want Traci to be the one caring for them.

Traci is warm, she always ends every interaction with 'if there is anything else you need, please feel free to ask, I am here for her.' Her devotion to being the best nurse she can be, and to her patient's comfort, shines through. After 4 spinal surgeries over 17 years, I have met many fine nurses, and Traci would easily be at the top of the list.
