"Nurse Abby is an amazing colleague and healthcare provider. She goes above and beyond for her patients, her colleagues, and her agency. She is always willing to take more than her fair share of the workload and does so with a positive attitude. I have been to home visits with her and witnessed her in action. She does a head-to-toe assessment and covers all the patient's needs and concerns. She is a pro in wound care and does not give up during challenging cases. She has great suggestions and is willing to try more than one thing. She treats her patients with respect and meets them at their level. She is more than willing to revisit educational topics that patients need additional support and/or guidance on. She is a great communicator and excels in providing clear instructions and setting realistic expectations. The home care setting is not the most conducive to all procedures that need to be performed, but Abby is inventive and gets the job done well with what she has. I can't say enough positive things about her, and if I am ever ill, I want her to be my nurse." 
From a patient's family: The nurse was thorough in the wound care she gave my father, given the severity of the wound and my father's diabetes. She is very professional, arriving promptly at all her visits, always upbeat and joyous. She is always positive and happy and quickly developed a bond with my father. My father always looked forward to her visits. She is a skilled, caring, effective, and compassionate RN.
