Susan Moore responded to an outpatient scheduled for a CT scan. The patient ultimately needed to go to the ED which the CT tech and Susan accomplished. While waiting for an ED Room, Susan made conversation with the patient and discovered he was supposed to pick up his wife and great-grandchild from CHKD, where the great-grandchild was receiving a blood transfusion for cancer treatment. She stayed with the patient until he was settled then drove to CHKD in Norfolk to pick up the patient's wife and a great-grandchild. Susan went above and beyond and is the true definition of the Riverside Care Difference.
