What a breath of fresh air. Susan was so helpful and so professional. She made me feel like I was the only patient in the hospital. Really passionate about her job.

Susan is an amazing nurse. She is willing to go above and beyond her job. Susan truly cares about each patient she is with. She will lend an ear to listen which is appreciated when you are alone, scared, and have no one. Susan advocated for her patients. The rare, good nurses like Susan, deserve to be recognized. I'm lucky to have ended up here while she was on the floor. Susan did all of those little things that mean so much to a patient. As I stated before, Susan went above and beyond for me.

Susan took the time to talk to me and understand what I was feeling. She genuinely cared. Susan told me what I needed to do to show the doctor what was going on with the constant coughing and spitting up. She even cared enough to suggest a suppository and inserted it for me. I feel she really went out of her way and made a difference in my treatment and comfort. I am thankful she was assigned as my nurse. I felt like I was dealing with a friend, not just a caregiver. Susan has been an angel and never made me feel like a bother. In fact, If I needed something, she was very quick to get it for me. I had her as my nurse twice and I am thankful and feel truly blessed that God placed her there!!! Thank you, Susan, and may God truly bless you. There are those who do their job and then there are angels who go beyond and really care!!! She is one of those angels!!! Love her! Love when she comes in my room!
