Feeling sick and not being able to sleep in your own bed can really take a toll on you, but meeting someone who takes pride in the job that they do really makes a difference. Stephanie displayed perfect bedside manner my entire stay. She takes pride in the service that she provides and she does it with a smile on her face and care in her voice. I want to say Thank You so much for making me feel like I was the only patient you had. Never did I feel like you were rushing through my care even though I know you were spread thin and your time was limited. Each time you would come to me I could expect stellar customer service and care. Nothing feels better than being treated with respect. Even though you can hear the bells and whistles going off, Stephanie makes sure to take care of each and every person with a smile and never getting stressed (or she does not show it). Stephanie makes sure to take time and she is very efficient. I appreciate the service she provided to me and my family. She made sure to always acknowledge everyone in the room, which really made a great impression. I have to say job well done and keep up the great work you are doing. It is people like you who make the difference and HCA should be happy that you are a part of the team. You represent well and the care you provide speaks volumes.
