Recently, I had two separate hospital visits. The first was a TAVR/Pacemaker procedure and the second was from a complication from a leaking aneurysm in the groin where the TAVR was entered. Sarah was very helpful at relieving lots of stress for my family and me. She consistently (over 10 times) communicated with the family about each step and procedure relating to the TAVR and Pacemaker. We could call or text her at any time. About a week later, when the leaking aneurysm was determined, my family and I felt confused and unsure of what was happening as steps were planned for my immediate hospital admittance. A quick text to Sarah, and she was back in our ballpark, communicating and collaborating between four doctors and numerous nursing/testing staff.
Part of what makes Sarah special is how she looks at each family member in the eye and listens to what they have to say. She has a special kindness you don't see often. We have never had such personalized service ever from the medical field and with the various accents of today's medical industry; we were very relieved!!! This is truly a heart issue that was taken to heart by Sarah and the Abrazo staff.
