Sarah was nominated by two patients, both noting that she instilled confidence and allowed them to trust in the care she delivered.  She always came in their rooms with a smile and words of encouragement.  Sarah has a bright spirit and positive attitude that help to lighten the atmosphere.  Both patients noticed her compassion and commitment and thanked her for listening to them non-judgementally.
