During Covid we didn't have visitors in the hospital so we had to be creative as to how we could recognize our staff that went above and beyond. We decided to use the Press Gainey comments that came back to us through our patient surveys. Sally had numerous mentions from patients about how thankful they were for Sally's care.

The common theme was that she went above and beyond for her patients and helped to make them feel safe and taken care for even though they could not have their loved ones with them because of the Covid restrictions that were in place. Sally's caring nature stood out to her patients in a time when it was needed most. We are so thankful to have Sally representing our patients when it was needed most.
