Robert is an amazing nurse and goes well beyond the call of duty to help patients. When I got to Banner Baywood, I was upset and not very trusting of anyone. Even though I was mean and impatient, Nurse Robert still made sure to take good care of me. He was kind to a man who hasn't seen much kindness in his life. Nurse Robert helped me be seen by psych and get prescribed the medicines that I needed and have been asking for, for months. I will never forget the service and professionalism of Nurse Robert.
