My father-in-law, A, was a patient in the SICU for over a week after a fall down the stairs. The entire staff in the SICU was wonderful, but Bob Kelly was outstanding. He was patient and calm, and he managed to deal with all sorts of personalities coming in and out of the room to visit Bob. Bob was extremely professional and had such an engaging demeanor, but his first priority was treating my father-in-law. He was able to juggle so many important tasks and never "drop the ball".
He answered all our questions and validated concerns my mother-in-law had about A's care. Most importantly, we had confidence in Bob's ability to keep A engaged and smiling, in spite of his injuries, and on the road to recovery. Bob went above and beyond and we cannot thank him enough for his care and positivity.
