When my husband was brought to the sixth floor, we met the most extraordinary individual. My husband was very sick, but our nurse made him feel very comfortable. Our nurse explained my husband's medications thoroughly to us, even down to the IV machine on how each dose was distributed. Our nurse spoke softly to my husband and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Our nurse was very busy, but still took time to talk with us, even brought me a fresh hot cup of coffee. That was over the top for me!
Overall, you have a very caring and knowledgeable individual who clearly demonstrates that all patients and their families matter. Clearly, our nurse is truly what a nurse should be and certainly went above and beyond the call of duty. Our special caring nurse was Quang Nguyen!
