Paul does a fantastic job in connecting with his Veterans. He remembers who they are and even when they aren't there to see him in particular, he engages with them and remembers important details of their lives that helps the Veteran have confidence in their care with our facility. Paul has also shown unending support for the Flu campaign, not only for the Veteran patients, but also for fellow employees. He has gone above and beyond in helping the "Flu Fairy", including wearing wings during the Flu clinics and has volunteered to work BOTH drive thru clinics AND the Monster M*A*S*H this year. Paul does a great job by keeping the morale of the team up by using his humor in times of stress and he always has a kind word for his fellow nurses. He is also commended for pursuing his RN while working full time, that in itself is enough to make someone grumpy, but he manages to keep a smile going at all times!
