I had surgery recently and I received a beautiful card and can't believe how excellent the care I received was. Pam helped me stay calm and well taken care of as she was comforting me. The staff made me feel like they were taking care of their own father and really helped me get through my procedure. All surgery staff were excellent and received. Pam talked to me several times out in the waiting room, and via phone call about my procedure, getting my COVID swab, and making sure I had everything I needed to proceed with my procedure. She was so kind and treated me as I was the most important patient in the building.
