My husband had a heart cath a few weeks ago. We had no real idea what to expect. First was check in. Thank goodness someone (a nice woman) took us to the elevator, and as we rounded the corner, we saw Olaitan, who was standing in the doorway waiting to take my husband under her wing. Her big smile never left her face. You know then, this wasn't her first rodeo. She paid extra attention to my husband, and he loved it. She was very informative and answered all of his questions. I think he asked the same questions about five times, and she answered his questions each time like it was the first. She has a twinkle in her eyes which again made my husband smile like he was the most important person in her life. Thank goodness for employees like Olaitan!! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful, but our interaction with Olaitan was ten stars! Thank you.
