Nilam has been a lifesaver for me during my stay. She has pushed me gently towards learning how to breathe, which is a life skill I wish I had learned long ago. Nilam understands the individual needs of a patient. She always encourages me to go for a walk and breathe through my spirometer. She showed me how to change the fluids in my post-operative drains so I will be prepared when I return home. She is always very positive and encouraging and it is clear that she truly loves her job and cares about her patients. Thank God for the kindness and perseverance of Nilam. She is truly an Extraordinary Nurse.
