She came to take me from the waiting room to a staging area. While there we engaged in conversation, and I commented on how I had tried unsuccessfully to have the doctor administer the injections. A year ago, I was so impressed with his very gentle and kind style. Nurse Armstrong sensed my disappointment. she disappeared briefly, but upon returning led me to the procedure room and said the doctor would be doing the procedure. I was dumbfounded and greatly relieved! They made my day. Nurse Armstrong presents a very professional and caring attitude. She is obviously willing to go the extra mile for her patients and she did. The same is true for my doctor. Together they presented the very best of what Shannon is all about. You have two very special people on your staff, and I wanted to bring them to your attention.
