Our story began at NICU, my daughter was hospitalized there for a long time and we were fortunate to meet Nataly, an Extraordinary Nurse, she was attentive to everything we needed, she had a great disposition for everything, and always came with a nice and positive attitude. Nataly softened my daughter's most difficult moment.

When it was my daughter’s birthday, Nataly was kind enough to decorate her cubicle and bring her a little gift, trying to make her forget, at least for a short time, that she was in a hospital. To be honest, how much can a nurse in Mexico earn that allows her to give this kind of detail? That is why I appreciate and thank her from the bottom of my heart all that Nataly did for us.

I have nothing but gratitude for her, she is a very valuable person because she does everything in her power to make sure that her patients are as well as possible. Another of the many details she had with my daughter that touched my heart, was an occasion when my daughter was very hot and Nataly, I don't know where and I don't know how, got her a fan to cool her down a little.

There are many details for which I am really very grateful to her, I did not have to ask her for anything when she was already doing what was needed, she did not miss even half a minute to give the medicines to my daughter, she is totally good as a professional, as a person and as a human being. She puts herself in the children's shoes and gives them totally personalized attention.
