Melissa is by far one of the best nurses I have ever had. She is caring, empathetic, competent, attentive, and effective. She seems to work well with all.
She always asked if there was anything she could do. She followed through to find an appropriate walker, the hospital Chaplin, and any requests or questions from my family. She was even a shoulder to cry on at one point.
All medications were on time. She was thorough in her exams, she was just amazing! This hospital is blessed to have such a competent nurse, she is uplifting and energetic.
