Not just a nurse but a confidant and stalwart leader. To have an employee who doesn’t just care for the patient but the staff itself in beyond valuable. During these difficult times it is hard to be a motivated nurse. Mbang is the charge nurse who takes charge and lifts the moral of the entire B7 team. I travel 50 minutes to work and I do this because of the security and help from my team leader. I know whenever Mbang is at work I will not fail because she will not let you. She teaches and she cares. Lakeland Regional will never find another nurse like her. Employees like her are the ones you appreciate because there is a lot behind the scenes that she does that goes unnoticed. None of the new nurses on B7 could get where they are now without her help and dedication.
