I have been in the unit A-3 for a week now and Margaret has really shown me so much care and love every single day. She makes me feel so special. She has rubbed my back while crying. She has fluffed my pillows a hundred times. I have been a very needy patient and no matter what I have not caught her without a smile. She genuinely makes me feel like her daughter.

Margaret's late son's birthday was two days ago. I wouldn't even have known if we wouldn't have been talking about family and kids. I was amazed to see her smile and laugh knowing that her heart had to be so sad. I love that she came up with 16 siblings, 8 brothers, and 8 sisters. She has no grandchildren, but the love she has can cover this whole hospital. I love Margaret N. like a mother in 6 days. She has shown me what love, care, and compassion look like. This hospital has had the best nurse in 20 years.
