The first time I met Lien was on a day that my father had been doing poorly. I was trying to give my dad a shave and my electric razor was too weak. She had seen my dad previously and had already recognized the need to get him cleaned up. She entered his room with great enthusiasm. Greeting my dad with her warm friendly spirit. Her energy radiated in the room which was so refreshing. she announced she had scissors and a shaver and that she was going to clean him up. How wonderful! My dad's face lit up with delight! She cut his hair, eyebrows and gave him a proper shave. She was so quick and friendly. She made my dad so happy. He was like a new man! Where he had been so down and not feeling well. She seemed to breathe life back into him. Suddenly he was full of smiles and making some goofy faces. The transformation in his demeanor was matched by his appearance. She was such a blessing. She saw a need and jumped in there to help. she is such a wonderful lady. Whenever I speak to her she is on top of everything that is going on with my dad. She is quick, alert, and very thorough. Thank you for this caring compassionate nurse who makes a difference in the lives of others. She brings positivity and hope.
