Lekha has not only made my mother, who is a retired Director of Nursing, feel really comfortable but went the extra mile to adhere to the recommended medical care in a very gentle and savvy way.
I would like to take this opportunity to both thank and recognize Sister Lekha for her dedication, patient care, and the heart of an Angel. I have worked and supported Healthcare across 5 continents in the past 16 years of my professional career. I have advised Governers of States to Ministers of Health from the West to the East. And I've especially spent the past 8 years alone in the Middle East Advising and Consulting for Hospitals and Health Systems in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and U.A.E.

The reason I shared this context was to clarify that I am not just recognizing Sister Lekha as a care provider to a patient (who is my mother) but also as an experienced Healthcare Advisor. More than any procedure or treatment regiment, it's the care, kindness, gentleness, and empathy that leave a lasting impression on the hearts of patients. I'm a firm believer that, more than the knowledge and expertise of a physician who probably spends in average 15 minutes with a patient in a day to recommend a treatment regimen, it's the nurses that create memories and moments in patients' minds which they carry with them throughout their lives. Lekha has not only made my mother, who is a retired Director of Nursing, feel really comfortable but went the extra mile to adhere to the recommended medical care in a very gentle and savvy way. I was really impressed after seeing how loving and caring Sister Lekha is.
