My husband Mr. S was brought in Friday 11/4 morning with a heart attack. Friday night the cardiologist did a heart cath. I was stressed about this because my late husband passed away during prep for a heart cath. She listened to my story then offered a hug, She promised to keep me posed and did EVERY step of the procedure. My husband had to have a second heart Cath on Monday 11/7. She was just coming on shift. She checked on what was going on and checked on me in the waiting room. I asked her how my husband was doing and found out she hadn’t even clocked in yet. She took the time to be concerned and check on me first. She checked on my husband found the procedure was completed and let me know this and that the doctor would be in shortly to talk to me. Such a small gesture but such a big comfort. She has the heart for people.
