As soon as Jordan walked into the room I felt peace.
Compassionate, understanding, patient, genuine, caring, gracious, supportive, these are just the first few words that come to mind when I think of Jordan and the care she gave to me and my family during our stay.
We had a very traumatic birth experience with our first son and were very nervous coming in for a planned C-section this time around I struggled with anxiety during my C-section and was very overwhelmed coming into the postnatal care. We had some great nurses before her but as soon as Jordan walked into the room I felt peace. She anticipated needs before I knew I had them and met all of them with gentleness and genuine willingness to serve. There were several moments my husband and I looked at each other and said “is she an angel?” We just couldn’t get over her heart to serve and love her patients. I highly recommend her for the highest recognition she could earn. We just want to cheer her on as we feel she is in the perfect position and field and should be honored for that.
