When I first started working here, every staff member and patient here consistently raved about Nurse Jessica, who I hadn't met yet. I heard so many stories about how selfless she was, how well she de-escalated dangerous situations, and how she connected with every patient she came in contact with. When I finally did get the chance to meet her, I found these stories to be true and so much more.
Any day working with Jessica is a great day to remember. Jessica is one to constantly lift up those around her, thanking her coworkers for every action they do and always expressing her appreciation, but never accepts the praise herself. She is a ray of sunshine, and it is very well known around here that she is one of the best nurses that the Missouri Psychiatric Center has ever seen.
