I came into the hospital with a cat bite so infected I could not walk. I was miserable and very depressed. I’m a diabetic on insulin and scared of maybe losing my leg, very sick. Well, my nurse brightens up my day and put a smile on my face. She was compassionate and very positive and very respectful. Her energy is like a light, she really is extraordinary. She is beautiful inside and out. She is caring, patient, kind, and hard-working. Jessica is awesome; her eagerness to help others is very loving. Her attitude is wonderful. She did so much more for me than I could ever expect; healing day by day and her smile. I actually found myself Happy to see her come to work. I couldn’t wait to see her. She is so positive and kind. I didn’t think people like Jessica even existed anymore.

Jessica is an outstanding nurse and deserves to be commended for her loving kindness and enjoying her job and enjoying helping others. My family and I want to show our gratitude. You have an angel in your midst here at Grandview. Thank you.
