In all my years of work, I don't think we have ever met a harder working person than Jessica. The patients she works with see her passion, attention to detail, and her empathy. She is our department's own little Mother Teresa. Full of life and joy, little miracles follow her around while she tries desperately to stay in the shadows. But there in the shadow is where she shines so bright. Her team is blessed because her work is effortless. Her fluid motion has a way of bending time as she finds the ability to accomplish more in her day than any nurse should. Her team is well cared for because her joy overflows to her team and her patients. She works so hard for all the nurses thus making our day more manageable. She is an incredible team player who goes above and beyond what is asked of her by her coworkers. She is always in a great mood and smiling. She is proactive and looks ahead to see what needs to be done and does it even before the primary nurse even notices. She is the strongest, most efficient, positive, and caring RN to work with. We are truly blessed to have her here in Redmond.
