Jenn hand-delivered my two-year-old son's discharge paperwork to me. I had forgotten it at the hospital and was very worried I did not have it. After asking if it would be ok with me, she worked her entire shift at the hospital and then drove 20 miles to my residence to place the discharge instructions in my mailbox! She said it was important I had the instructions for my son. I am still in awe!
She also did another amazing thing while caring for my son in the hospital. While putting in his IV- even with how upset he was- she calmly placed his IV in his arm and sang him nursery rhymes along with me. It made not only my son but also myself feel calmer. Jenn- you are an incredible nurse and an amazing human being. We are thankful for you caring for our son.
