After an absolutely awful admission process, our family was left feeling unheard and uncared for. Our mom was admitted and had three teams of doctors whose communication was totally subpar and unacceptable. Heidi took the bull by the horns to find information to contact all parties involved to resolve our miscommunication between the doctors.
We were so horrified at the lack of communication from the team that we were ready to sign our mom out and seek care elsewhere. However, Heidi asked for and earned our trust by resolving our concerns. She has saved our opinion of the hospital as a whole by her willingness to bring all the information to the table. She has been empathetic, loving, intuitive and persistent in helping our mom. We will never forget her and how she saved this admission experience. She is TRULY special!
