Compassion: Harley was extremely comforting to me while I was in the ER and was very empathetic. She even asked my family members if they needed any blankets or water.

Accountability: Harley frequently checked in on me to let me know any updates along the way.

Respect: Although I was in a significant amount of pain, Harley did a great job working to calm me down and assure me that she understood how I was feeling, and I trusted that she was going to do everything in her power to help me get out of pain.

Integrity: I trusted her throughout my time in the ER because she was always upfront and honest with me every step of the way.

Teamwork: Harley was great at communicating with my family and the team of medical professionals about next steps when working to determine the cause of my pain. She was my advocate and I appreciated that so much.

My husband went to the ER several weeks prior to me, and Harley was our nurse. She was absolutely stellar and super responsive. When I came to the ER several weeks later myself, Harley walked into my room and my heart was overwhelmed with gratitude. I thought to myself, "There is not a better person to take care of me." The sense of relief that I felt as she entered the room helped me realize I was going to get through this. Harley is an extremely compassionate nurse. She is also very fast when completing tasks and I feel like that is part of what makes her an amazing ER nurse. Harley constantly kept me updated on the next tests that were going to be completed to help the medical team determine what the issue was. She was also extremely kind to my family as well and made each of them feel comforted, which I appreciated. Harley's skills, abilities, and personality make her an incredible ER nurse. It is evident that she loves what she does and is amazing at her job.
