I came in today, terrified to have my gallbladder removed. While some have been dismissive of my fears, Hannah has instead taken the time to listen. She showed great compassion by my side and was very patient with me in every regard and aspect from my shots to getting dressed. She respected my wishes to have my gown tied as long as possible, helped me get my pants on, is prompt and positive with any requests, and was extremely supportive with beginning recovery attempts. After helping me to the bathroom, Hannah even moved a recliner to my room because I had mentioned that I was more comfortable sitting up and helped me get into it and settled back in. Since I arrived, she has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure I have been as comfortable as possible while ensuring my privacy. She is very patient with my needs and limits and stays wonderfully positive and encouraging. She has shown true compassion and not just for me. She truly takes care of people, and it shows in her work and interactions. It’s genuine, which is sadly too rare these days.
