Fatimah has been very attentive, compassionate and friendly. She has gone out of her way to put me at ease and explain everything to me. I get very anxious in hospitals, due to having been in them a lot as a child after a severe care accident. Fatimah made me feel like I was talking to a friend. She also noticed when my symptoms got worse and helped figure out that I was allergic to not just the antibiotic, but also the Pepcid. Helping to figure out the source of my allergic reaction probably saved my life.
Fatimah always asks if I need anything and checks all the little things in the room. She lets me know what's going on with my medicine and tests and she always lets me know when she will be back in. Fatimah is thoughtful and tries to cheer me up. She double-checks everything and takes my concerns seriously. Fatimah is calm, relaxed, and has fun while doing her job. I've never met a Nurse like her before. Fatimah has really gone above-and-beyond in the last few days. I think she deserves recognition for that. Thank you!
