Ena Jones, LPN
I have had the pleasure of working with Ena for the last several years. I want to say how much I enjoy working with her. She has a big heart and loves what she does. I have witnessed her working with patients and she is always polite and goes above and beyond to make them feel special and taken care of. She has even gone to a special needs patient home to help in his personal care when he had some life changes with his caregivers. Ena thinks of her patient's care not only during their office visit but long after they have left the office. It really has been a pleasure to work side by side with her and to know that her patients are being taken care of. As her supervisor, it is great to know how much she enjoys taking care of her patients and that she excels in their care. Ena has been an LPN for 20+ years and continues to thrive in her field. She truly deserves the recognition.

I’ve known Ena for some time but recently had the pleasure of working with her. It’s evident that Ena cares for her patients, but what sets her apart is the deep connection she makes and the ongoing care she provides for them even after she leaves the office. I’ve seen Ena take the time to make sure a disabled patient was getting the attention they needed outside of Pulmonary care. Her job does not end at 5:00 pm. Often times she makes visits and checks in on her patients, whether it be in person or over the phone, she thinks of how better she can serve her patients. If you’ve been lucky enough to have her as your nurse, you’ve been spoiled, and know the care you deserve when visiting Lake Charles Memorial Hospital.
