Eman literally saved our daughter from so much suffering that we owe her for the rest of our lives.
Our 2-year-old daughter is a very frequent patient in Al Jalila hospital with a life-threatening condition. She spent around ten months in the hospital plus numerous visits as an outpatient. I would like to say that without this staff, my daughter’s life would have been so much more miserable. The problem is that absolutely no one except Eman can insert a cannula into our daughter's complicated veins. Without this staff our daughter would have to go to the operating theatre to insert the line under general anesthesia (which is dangerous to her due to her heart condition) because doctors said that it is impossible otherwise to get IV access, however, we asked if this staff can try (because did this hundred times). And she did.

Even the surgeon has called Eman a magician that time as no one would expect. But most important about this staff is that she always helps our baby wherever we are, she would come to insert a cannula or take blood every time we ask: in emergency outpatient in the ward or day surgery unit. She never said no! Also we had to even ask once when our daughter was in; that time doctors were also going to insert a line through her liver which could be such a terrible option, but we asked this staff, and she came and inserted the cannula again.

Honestly, I don’t have enough words of appreciation to thank this staff for everything she did for us and our daughter. Eman literally saved our daughter from so much suffering that we owe her for the rest of our lives. She is a really special nurse. And of course her attitude and her manners are also just something that worth praising.
