Over the years I have had many experiences at hospitals with medical staff. It takes knowledge, experience along with compassion, dedication, willingness to go the extra mile to ensure your patient, and their family know they will get that level of care during their (nurse's) shift. We were fortunate to have Dorothy give us one of the best experiences during a stay in a hospital. She always greeted us with a smile, tenderness, and a lovely caring, positive attitude. She treated X as if he was the only patient under her care. When you have her level of care you cannot ask for more, no matter what your circumstances while under their care. She was right up there with the "angels". Much appreciation to her!
