Korkor exhibits a model of passion and empathy in care and case management. 

As an HIV coordinator,  she recognised the unique needs of her clients and provided them with the affection, attention, and compassion required. 

One particular remarkable instance of Doris's nursing care was when she saved the life of a woman in the Emergency room who reported extremely high blood sugar levels. Her quick thinking and advocacy for the patient ensured that appropriate intervention was provided in a timely manner, ultimately leading to the patient's recovery and delight.

Although currently working as the Inservice Training Coordinator, her desire to see patients smile and experience compassionate care drives her to the clinical area to assist in case management to the delight of student nurses, clinicians, patients, and their families.

She is a real mentor whose dedication to patients' safety and delight makes her an inspiring nurse manager.
