David works in the float pool and recently saw an inefficient process while working in the Emergency Room related to how admitted patients received their trays. He brought the issue forward to the nursing leadership team along with a proposed solution and offered to meet with the Food and Nutrition director along with the Quality Director to come up with a smooth and patient-centered process. He then informed all other key players. Within a few days, the longstanding problem was fixed! Having someone on the team who sees an issue and then immediately comes up with a quick fix is awesome.
