... We have been in and out of hospitals for over a year and although we've had great nurses, and some just average, Cooper certainly takes the cake.

To be so young, she sure has and understands what it takes, she knows bed-side manners, and she is caring, compassionate, giving, understanding. She can be whatever she needs to be for any given situation. She is beyond exceptional.

My husband was very sick this visit and had to have a procedure at bedside, while she assisted the physician. She was calm, knowledgeable and even asked the physician a couple questions, not to help in the procedure exactly but to have a better understanding of the situation. At the same time she still showed compassion & empathy for my husband while going through it. My husband is scared a lot and she understood that and reassured him as he needed it. We have a large family, that can be a little crazy and she could handle them as if she was part of the family. Later, upon having a reaction receiving some blood, she again took all precautions necessary with her job and still continued to reassure us which included taking his temps multiple times even with different machines. This all began near the end of her shift. She stayed well over her time to see it through, assist the next nurse and continue to reassure the family. I could go on and on about her. We have seen a lot of medical staff in the past year and even if we had not she would be hard to beat in our eyes. She is a very special person and as we were blessed to have her.
