Cody was absolutely wonderful! He was very attentive, made sure I was comfortable, and even asked if I would feel more comfortable with a female nurse adjusting the wires on my chest under my gown. I had to have my psychiatric service animal brought to my room last night and Cody kindly escorted me to the parking lot where I was able to pick her up from my husband. Working around a service animal did not startle Cody at all. He kept his kind, warm, and approachable bedside manner and even put in a PERFECT IV line in my small vein on my forearm when it had to be removed from the bend in my elbow. He did it so smoothly and neatly and nailed it on the first try even with my service animal standing at a distance watching him. By the way, I love the “keeping you informed board" in my room. It is very transparent with what’s happening with my treatment and kept me engaged in my treatment. The “plan of care” and “all about you” are especially helpful.
