When I was a patient in crisis, Chad was extremely efficient, kind and personable, and the most professional nurse I have ever experienced! I sincerely appreciated his caring demeanor in the midst of a life crisis. He is Amazing!
When my 85-year-old grandfather was admitted, Chad stepped in and took it upon himself to go above and beyond to get him into a room. My grandfather was very ill, there were no hospital rooms available, and my ailing grandfather was uncomfortable sitting upright. Grandpa ended up spending most of the night in the ER. Chad was covering for our nurse on break. Chad stepped in and took it upon himself to go above and beyond to get him into a room. He could easily put this to someone else or the assigned nurse.
Chad deserves an extra-ordinary award! Chad is a Godsend for being exceptional with patients. He is so memorable, gifted, talented, and kind. He is sincere, genuine, caring, compassionate, and authentic. Chad is a hard worker and definitely goes above and beyond. Please recognize him, he deserves it!
