"It wasn't any one, specific moment, but rather our time as patients here. Nurses have come and gone here. I know, because between my 4 family members, we visit almost monthly! Brittany has been here the longest, it seems, in this specific nurse position. She is always happy and friendly. Every. Single. Time.
