Bonita and all the CNAs were always compassionate and close by for anything we needed, whether it was bringing an extra blanket or a cup of ice water, delivering medications, or needing some guidance.
Being first-time parents who were unable to attend many of the prenatal courses due to COVID-19, we were entering parenthood with a moderate level of nervousness and tons of questions. Throughout our stay, we encountered many terrific nurses, doctors, and staff members.

That evening, our Nurse Bonita was incredibly kind with ensuring D was as comfortable as possible. We noticed that many other babies were also born on the same day and everyone along with their mothers needs attention and compassion. Despite balancing numerous patients, Bonita and all the CNAs were always compassionate and close by for anything we needed, whether it was bringing an extra blanket or a cup of ice water, delivering medications, or needing some guidance or nurse teaching for properly caring for our beautiful new baby.

Although D and I truly value all the hard work all of our doctors and nurses put forth throughout this incredible experience, we equally value all of the countless small acts of kindness and compassion these nurses showed us. We want to express the utmost appreciation for the nurses' level of commitment to providing excellent care and the difference they make in our lives. We couldn't help but realize how demanding this specialty of medicine can be, we were greatly impressed by their level of dedication to us and our daughter, to which we are forever grateful.
