She was wonderful.  I am so thankful for the care, trust, and willingness to fight for us that Bethany provided.
Bethany fought for me when all the tests said my water hadn't broken.  I had already come the night before and been sent home.  But when I returned the following morning and the test still said negative, Bethany fought to prove it wrong.  She ultimately saved us.  We had already been breached for a long time after being home the first time.  She changed it all for us.  The next day we still hadn't delivered after having to halt contractions during complications.  We got to be with Bethany again on the day shift.  She was wonderful.  I am so thankful for the care, trust, and willingness to fight for us that Bethany provided. We had her as our nurse several months prior for another issue during pregnancy.  We are so lucky to have had her so much along our journey, and I'm sure many other patients are just as lucky.  Thank you so much, Bethany.

Bethany is an Extraordinary Nurse and coworker.  She is beloved by her coworkers, leadership, patients, and their families.  Bethany has many years of experience and has a great loyalty to BSA and our mission: To provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service, and dignity.  Her joyous laugh travels through the unit and is immediately recognizable by patients and staff.  Her spirits uplift the staff.  Both the day shift and night shift have great respect for her and her nursing skills.  She orients many new employees creating a fun, safe, and very thorough experience full of phenomenal knowledge and experience.  She passes on her work ethic and experience to many new nurses.  This in turn creates excellent nurses and happy patients, as her skills and passion are emulated by those she teaches.  Always a team player, she inspires many of us to work hard, help one another, and have a good time while maintaining a professional standard that is the BSA way.

She handles extremely challenging shifts with grace, kindness, integrity, and a great capacity to brilliantly use a set of critical thinking skills. She keeps our unit, shift, and patients safe, and well taken care of, and directs the shift into the best possible situations.  This in turn creates a healthy and contagious dynamic to work hard, help our fellow coworkers, and love our patients. It also creates a synergy of flow to help both shifts enjoy our jobs with trust in her leadership to direct both shifts and our patients safely and with high standards of care.

Bethany's spirit is well known for her kindness towards her coworkers and her patients.  Bethany is a gem who shines the BSA mission and the BSA way.
