Ben is a part-time employee and works mainly on weekends as well call coverage. On the weekends when Ben is working, he is self-motivated and is able to keep the OR running smoothly with minimal disruption to patient flow. On several occasions, Ben has provided staffing coverage when other nurses have called off on weekend shifts. He has also taken call shifts with little or no prior notice. Ben portrays a professional demeanor at all times even under stressful situations. He is a true pleasure to have on our team!
