My wife (the patient) doesn't really know what all is going on and what to expect. Ms. Noble keeps my wife calm, pain-free, clean, comfortable, informs my wife of what she's doing, why it's needed, what to expect, gives her hope, and lets her know that she's professional, caring, patient, knowledgeable, and wants the best for her patients. Ms. Noble doesn't leave my wife's side until everything is completed. Most people help their families more than helping others. Ms. Noble treats my wife with respect and makes her feel like family here. She's not in a hurry to get her job done but really cares about the health and quick recovery and knowledge to do it right the first time. With her smile, peaceful attitude, and knowledge of what is going on, she completely satisfies each patient before she leaves them. Also, her expertise allows her to treat each of her patients in a timely manner so she can go to her next patient. Patients aren't constantly ringing their nurse's buttons because of something that wasn't done or done right the first time. Alyssa helps eliminate a lot of stress and pain for each patient.
