In 2012, my son was brought into the ER with seizures. Needless to say, my husband and I were frantic. My son was given a lot of different medications and given a lot of different tests. Everything was being done to our then 22 month old baby. Tiffani was happy to explain everything step by step. My son was taken to the x-ray department and Tiffani stood in the room with us. My husband and I prayed for our son and Tiffani bowed her head in prayer with us. When my son was brought back into the room Tiffani continued to explain the tests, the plans and anything else that pertained to our son. Eventually, the doctor had decided it was best to send him to the NICU at Memorial Hospital. As flight for life was preparing for the trip I looked up and saw tears in Tiffani's eyes. She touched my son's leg and told us she'd be praying for him and my family. She hugged me and reassured me that all would be fine. Her compassion and concern didn't end there though.

While we were in the NICU at Memorial she was calling to check on my baby. She went out of her way to check on our son even when he was no longer in the ER. Tiffani is what an RN should be like. The compassion, concern, understanding and sympathy she showed for my son and us makes us eternally grateful to her.
