Sarah is an exceptional nurse. She comes to us as a new grad but you would never know due to her confidence and her ability to problem solve and advocate for her patients. She is caring and compassionate while recognizing the complexity of the nursing profession. Sarah holds herself to a higher standard and strives to put her patients and their needs first and foremost in her daily routine. I am proud to call Sarah a teammate and colleague.
