Sam was kind, considerate, very helpful and knowledgeable. She went far beyond my expectations of her duties. She even talked to my wife on the phone explaining technical knowledge and procedures that I could not have done. Excellent personality with a flair for consideration of the patient. Could not ask for more in a nurse. Her commitment to excellence is well received.
